How to Order

In order to provide the quickest turnaround and best product, there are a handful of things that we need. These 4 items will help us cover all the bases we need to get your artwork started:

  • Design Request Form (Please fill this out as best as possible & Include all personal info)
    • Please Note - We cannot begin a design without your credit card info.  If you are uncomfortable including it in the Design Request Form, please call the office or send an additional email with this info!  
  • Photos (high resolution at the angle you want on the design) Click here for an example!

  • Graphics (vector files only, either .ai, .pdf, .eps formats) Click here for an example!

  • Sponsor List (typed out list of your sponsor names & importance) 

    • Also, if you want their logo featured, please include a vector file of the logo (usually obtained from the sponsor themselves) to avoid extra fees to recreate the artwork.

Once we receive this information from you, it is submitted to our design team. Art turnaround & print time will depend on many factors. We will give you the best estimated ‘timeframe’ once we receive all of your information.

As soon as the initial design is completed, we will send you an email with the design to approve. Please let us know if there is anything you would like us to change.  We will make necessary changes from this point, which sometimes takes a revision or 2.

After the design is approved, you then send us your size & color breakdown of your order.  Once artwork is approved and we begin our printing process, any changes made can result in additional fees.
